Endangered creatures moved to Aark

Predatoryx:
The predatoryx have a unique "center of senses": going from the middle of their head are their ears and nostrils, around them a group of sensitive antennae that can sense the humidity of the air and the slightest changes in the wind. They have 2 opposable thumbs per hand which they also seem to make good use of. The horns at the end of their tails serve for balance and can be used occassionally in fights among themselves.
The carapace that covers the back of their body gets thicker and so heavier by the year. They live for 45-50 years, in groups of 20 to 30 and hatch from eggs. The young have very light "armour", and so they are the fastest, usually the ones who hunt prey. The older ones stay at home, defending their nest from rival groups. They are very social beings and good observers of their surroundings. We can say that they are highly intelligent in their own way, and if it wasn't for their star going supernova, they would be in a good position to evolve further.
